Bruce Willis Selling Parrot Cay Mansion for $33 Million

The Sands - Grace Bay Beach

International Movie Star Bruce Willis and his wife Emma Hemming have put their waterfront estate on the market for a record-breaking $33 million. The residence is located in Parrot Cay, a popular spot due to its seclusion as well as its proximity to other areas of Turks and Caicos. If sold for the asking price, it would be the top selling property on the island.

At 35,000 square feet the property is akin to a palace, with eleven bedrooms, and 13.5 bathrooms. Due to its western orientation, the estate is the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Other features include a massive playground, a 2,100 square foot master suite, and four swimming pools.
