Tennis Courts & Pickleball
The Sands maintains a lighted tennis court for the use of our guests. The resort’s outdoor tennis/pickleball/basketball court are available from 6:00am to 11:00pm daily and are lit for night play. Racquets are provided when guests reserve their court time at the front desk, and tennis balls are for sale at our resort convenience store. For those who wish to improve their game or for private lessons, reservations can be arranged by the concierge with a local Tennis Pro. Tennis Pros charge a fee for their services and are subject to availability.
The Sands has also recently added pickleball courts, so no need to pass up your new favorite game while traveling!
A family game of tennis or basketball is a great way to help the kids burn off some extra energy before relaxing by one of our three pools or beach.
Indoor Fitness Gym
Guests who want to stay in shape during holiday can visit the fitness gym daily between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The gym houses step machines, stationary bikes and treadmills.
Bicycles
Explore Grace Bay and more of Providenciales on our resort bicycles. Complimentary bicycles are available for guest use for nearby exploring from daylight to dusk. Bicycles can be reserved at the front desk on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As a guest of The Sands, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to an array of non-motorized water sports, perfect for every level of adventure. Glide across the turquoise shallows on a Hobie Cat, paddle along the coastline in a sea kayak, or discover vibrant coral reefs just offshore with our snorkeling gear. The complimentary watersports equipment can be reserved at our Beach Hut, between 8:30am and 4:00pm daily. Our friendly Beach Hut staff will provide helpful tips for the use of all equipment.

We also offer complimentary shuttles to our sister resorts, The Palms and The Shore Club for easy family transportation to their lunch and dinner restaurants.
