About the Caribbean Food and Wine Festival

The Caribbean Food and Wine Festival was established in 2011 and is considered to be the island’s “culinary event of the year”. The festival, now its ninth year, celebrates the culinary creativity of both local and international chefs.  Every event during the festival pairs food and wine together to highlight the island’s sublime gourmet cuisine.

Featured Ambassadors of Food and Wine

In addition to highlighting local culinary talent, the festival also welcomes four honoree ambassadors of food and wine. All festival events will feature wine selections from the Bespoke Collection and Michele Chiarlo Winery.

This year’s event will host two award-winning international chefs. Chef Ryan McCaskey, chef and proprietor of the Chicago eatery Acadia, describes his cuisine as both “classic and contemporary”. Michelin- Star Chef Atul Kochhar marries Indian flavor with British ingredients to create a modern take on Indian cuisine.
