We are thrilled to share news of the most recent award The Sands at Grace Bay is proud to be honored in the acclaimed “Guest Review Awards” presented by Booking.com!
Every year, Booking.com celebrates properties with an average score of 8.0 and above for properties who have ten or more reviews online.
Booking.com says, “We know these properties have offered great guest experiences, and our Guest Review Awards are a great way to showcase this achievement.”
The score is based on all reviews that were published on the website during the 24 months preceding.
This is how Booking.com calculates average scores: Guests can evaluate six separate categories with four smiley or sad faces, each face counting for a score of 2.5.
When calculating scores, Booking.com adds up the scores for Cleanliness, Comfort, Location, Facilities, Staff, and Value, and divides by 6 – the number of individual categories.
Reviews automatically expire after 24 months.
